WE EXCLUSIVELY OFFER:
Our service is designed for those who want a legal, organized, and complication-free process.
All documents are drafted and reviewed by a legal team. We do not use automated templates or artificial intelligence generation.

We do not offer "do-it-yourself" forms or generic templates. Each divorce is handled as a unique case.
Our work begins with an in-depth review of the customer's situation, followed by the personalized drafting of all necessary documents, ensuring strict compliance with the requirements of the applicable state and court.
The difference is clear: we do not automate divorces — we structure them legally.
Each state has specific rules, timelines, and requirements. To learn about pricing, procedural details, and legal specifics, please select your corresponding state.

Divorce by publication is a legal procedure used when it is not possible to locate the spouse, even after conducting a diligent search. In these cases, the law allows the process to be served through official publication, provided the requirements established by the applicable state and court are strictly met. Our team guides the customer throughout this process to ensure that the documentation meets all legal requirements and that the petition can move forward correctly.
The process begins with a pre-qualification, which determines whether the customer meets the basic legal requirements to get divorced in their state, such as residency, type of divorce, and the existence of an agreement between the parties.
It is important to understand that the pre-qualification only confirms legal eligibility to file for divorce in the corresponding state; it does not automatically guarantee that the case will be accepted within our service.
If the customer passes this stage, they are asked to complete a detailed Interview Questionnaire, organized into sections covering general information, marriage data, personal information, spouse information, assets, debts, and children where applicable.
Our legal team carefully reviews all information received to assess the complexity of the case and confirm that it falls within the limited scope of our services. If the case is eligible, we proceed with the personalized drafting of the documents. If it is not, the customer is informed and recommended to retain an attorney specializing in family law for direct representation.
Once the documents are prepared, the parties may review them before signing. Subsequently, notarization takes place — either through an online platform when the state permits, or before a local notary — and finally, our attorney conducts a final legal compliance verification before filing with the court.
Before sending the case to the court, the customer must pay the applicable finalization fee, which includes the court filing fees, via Zelle or Money Order. After filing, the only remaining step is to await the judge's decision.
If you already have an agreement or wish to formally begin the process:
START YOUR CASE WITH DIVORCIO USAIn most states, uncontested divorces do not require a hearing.
However, in some states, such as Maryland and Texas, at least one hearing is mandatory. When possible, the customer may retain additional legal representation for appearances, if necessary.
Our service has a limited scope and is designed exclusively for non-contested cases. We guarantee that the documents will be drafted in accordance with the customer's specific situation and the applicable state and court requirements.
We cannot guarantee the judge's decision, that the court will not require an additional hearing, or the final outcome of the judicial process, as these decisions depend exclusively on the competent court.
During the process, the customer receives periodic updates by email and, in certain states, access to our Online Portal to check the status of the case.
Each phase of the process must be fully paid before it begins, which ensures clarity and organization at every stage.
Our goal is to simplify your divorce, reduce errors, and avoid unnecessary delays, always within the legal framework. To learn about specific requirements and get started:
