Interpretation Services

At Divorce USA we understand that not everyone feels comfortable handling legal matters in English. That is why we offer bilingual support in English and Spanish to facilitate certain stages of the process.

Our goal is that language is not a barrier when completing your divorce.

Interpretation During the Notarization Session

If you do not have a good command of English and need assistance during the online notarization session, you can retain the support of one of our bilingual agents at an additional cost of $60.

During the notarization session, the public notary will verify your identity and ask basic questions to confirm that you understand and are voluntarily signing the documents. At that moment, our agent can act as an interpreter to help you understand what the notary is communicating.

This service is designed exclusively to facilitate communication during the online notarization session.

Scope of the Interpretation Service

It is important to clarify that our bilingual agents can provide interpretation during the notarization session, but cannot assist you with the interpretation, explanation, or translation of the Interview Questionnaire questions.

The Interview Questionnaire must be completed by the customer, and the information provided must accurately reflect their situation. For legal and professional responsibility reasons, our agents cannot explain, interpret, or advise on the questions included in the questionnaire.

Transparency and Clear Limits

The interpretation service is optional and must be requested in advance. The fee is $60 per notarization session.

Our commitment is to offer clarity, support, and structure within the permitted scope, ensuring that the process remains legally valid and compliant with applicable requirements.

If you need bilingual assistance for your notarization session, you can request this service when scheduling it.
